Please call the office 919-998-9177 to schedule an appointment or to ask questions.   As I am spending most of my time with clients, I am often not able to answer the phone.  Please leave a message with your name,  phone number, and short description what you are looking for,  and I will return your call.   If it is difficult for you to answer the phone during business hours, please indicate times  that you are likely to answer the phone,  and I will try to call back at those times.  This may include evening or weekend hours. 

As an established client, you also have access to your personal patient portal at FollowMyHealth.  An invitation and link to the to your portal is typically emailed after your first visit.  Please call if you need assistance or cannot find the invitation email.
